I'm from out of town and was staying at a hotel and ordered food for delivery. 45 minutes later got a call staying the delivery driver got stuck so they had to cancel my order and refunded the money back to my card. I drove there to get the food instead and when I walked in, they asked if I was picking up carry out, I told them no I had a delivery order that got cancelled so wanted to get the food anyways. They knew what order it was and started making it right away and then told me I didn't have to pay for it. I don't remember the guys name that helped me but he was very nice.

It was dinner time but minimal staff that seemed focused on things other than customer service. Got our food super fast and it was excellently prepared, fresh and delish. Love the new east coast italian, if you like spicy ask for extra peppers.
